Due to the early May bank holiday on 4 May, the Bank payroll cutoff has been amended to ensure a smooth payroll period it is vital that managers complete finalisation of bank rosters no later than 8.30am on the below dates:

*Any shifts not finalised by these deadlines will be paid the following week.

Important Notes:

  • The Temporary Staffing Office will be closed on Monday 4 May 2026, all other opening hours remain unchanged.

  • Late submissions can significantly impact colleagues’ pay, especially given that staff have already committed to work.
  • Our payroll provider cannot process advances for weekly pay.
  • New starters, new bank assignments, roster fails, late submissions, and retro pay arrears will not be processed during these pay periods. These will be for payment on the following week.
