Due to bank holidays throughout the year and occasions where Bank and Monthly payroll periods overlap, the payroll deadline for Bank shifts has been amended to ensure a smooth payroll process.

Roster Managers and Approvers must complete the finalisation of all bank rosters by 8:30am on the following dates advertised below.

Any shifts not finalised by this deadline will be processed for payment the following week.

We kindly ask you to take note of these updated deadlines, as delays in finalising bank shifts have a significant impact on colleagues’ pay. This is especially important given that colleagues have committed to additional shifts with the expectation of receiving timely payment. Unfortunately, our payroll provider is unable to process advances for weekly-paid colleagues.

Please note: New starters (including new bank assignments), roster failures, late submissions, and retrospective pay arrears will not be processed during these specified pay periods. These items will be included in the following week’s payroll.
