Colleagues in maternal, perinatal and adult mental health services may notice some changes to the following routine outcome measure (ROMS) in Rio from 12 April 2023. A full item level version of the PTSD Checklist for DSM-5 (PCL-5) has been built in Rio, including the ability for clinicians to record when it may not have been clinically appropriate to request a particular ROM to be completed or where the respondent has declined the request to complete. This is located within the Outcome Measures and Screening Tools folder within the Rio case record menu.
