Agenda for Change colleagues are reminded of the national Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions, Annex 25 for pay during the Christmas period.

Managers are reminded of these pay terms for when completing the ESVL for colleagues not on Roster however for colleagues on Roster the system will ensure the required terms and conditions are applied.

 

Saturday 25 December    

 

The provisions for work on a public holiday apply

Except that any employee

working on 25, 27 and 28

December will be entitled to a maximum of two public holidays plus one “Saturday”.

 

Any employee working on 25, 26 and 27 December or on 26, 27 and 28 December will be entitled to a maximum of two public holidays and one "Saturday” or one “Sunday".

 

Anyone who works all four of these days will be entitled to a maximum of two public holidays and one "Saturday” and one “Sunday".

working on 1 and 3 January will be entitled to a maximum of one public
