All AfC will receive the 5.5% award and backdated pay in October 2024 (inc. staff in bands 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d, and 9).
Staff in bands 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d, and 9 who are due to receive the intermediate pay point, will receive the increased salary and backdated pay in November 2024.
Any staff who reached year 2 prior to 1 April 2024 will only have the new two year pay point awarded from 1 April 2024.
