This page highlights how staff feedback is being turned into real action across the Trust.

Every example featured here started with something staff told us, whether through the Staff Survey, People Pulse, Your Voice Your Change (YVYC) or local feedback, and shows the changes that are happening as a result.

Got an action happening in your area? Add it here

We know great work is happening across the Trust. If you’re leading or involved in an action that started because of staff feedback, tell us about it so we can share it.

This only works if we do it together

Staff engagement isn’t owned by one team, it belongs to all of us – leaders, managers, teams and staff.

Every action added helps us:

  • Show transparency
  • Share good practice
  • Build trust that feedback leads to change

This gallery will continue to grow as more actions are added.

Together, we’re showing how feedback leads to real change.
