From the 1 September the Rio essential course names will be changing and will be broken down into a variety of courses which are listed in the table below.

The following courses will also be advertised on the electronic booking system.

Rio Mental Health Inpatient

For admin, Assistant Psychologists and band 5+ clinical staff in Mental health Inpatient setting

Rio Mental Health Community

For admin, Assistant Psychologists and band 5+ clinical staff in Mental health Community setting

3.5hrs

Rio Core (Non Mental Health/Non District Nursing)

For admin and band 5+ clinical staff working in a Non Mental health Community setting. There is a separate session for Mental Health and District Nurses.

3.5hrs

Rio Non-Qualified (up to Band 4)

For HCAs, HCSW and those of a similar role up to a band 4. (Not including Assistant Psychologists)

For all staff who do not input into Rio but needs to find necessary clinical information held on the system.

For admin and clinical staff; this course is required as booking appointments are completed in a different way.

For admin and clinical staff working within the Immunisations team.

Rio Child Health 0-19

For admin and clinical staff who input child health information.

 

Paediatric Therapies staff should attend the Rio Core (Non Mental Health) course

For all staff who use the WIC module
