Salary Sacrifice Schemes facilitated by Vivup
The Trust has reviewed the updated HMRC and Vivup guidance and has taken the decision to close the portal for new applications with effect from 5pm on 21 February. All orders received by that date will be approved. The updated guidance means that the Trust will not be able to facilitate recovery of the tax payable for anyone applying for the scheme(s) in March as per the HMRC guidance. This means that we must close the scheme until the start of the new tax year on 6 April.
