Most of us have barbers, hairdressers and beauty therapists – this is a plea for all staff to raise awareness of this special training event. BarberTalk and Hair and Beauty Talk live is an in depth session that builds on the four pillars of training to equip participants with skills to help their clients to better mental wellbeing.

  • Gives tools to recognise mental health issues in clients
  • Equips to be able to ask direct questions about the emotional wellbeing of clients
  • Refines listening skills to be present at a critical moment for clients
  • Provides resources to help the client find support.

The BarberTalk / Hair and Beauty Talk training is a four hour course. Not only will participants be able to learn directly from founder of the Lions Barber Collective, Tom Chapman and his team of ambassadors, they will come together with other industry cohorts to dive in to the topic of mental health, share how it impacts them and their job, and learn how they can support clients in their role.

The course will be delivered in person, at The Peoples Place 46a Spellow Lane, Liverpool, L4 4DF.

Parking is available at: Blue Base, Salop Street, L4 4BZ.

Date and times of two sessions with 20 spaces available on each session:
