STRIVE Leadership Programme starts on 23 March.
This programme is aimed at band 5 and 6 to equip colleagues with skills to manage teams and align objectives to Division and Trust Values, Goals and Objectives.
There are five core modules which include:
- Understanding your personality type and how this impacts on teams
Quality improvement and action learning sets - Change management
- Looking after yourself and others
- Reflecting on your leadership style and restorative conversations.
There is also an opportunity to attend the values, behaviours and anti racism module, understanding your role as a compassionate inclusive leader and driving the anti racism perfect care goal.
We welcome applications from all staff and are especially keen to see greater representation from our ethnically diverse colleagues.
