New Rio Clinical Summary Panel - Goal Based Outcome Tool (Adult): 13 May 2024
Colleagues across all services that use the adult Goal Based Outcome tool are advised that a clinical summary panel which provides an overview of the scores from a person’s goal-based outcomes is now available via the Clinical Portal - Client’s View screen in Rio.
To access the panel, please click the green button towards the top of the screen, tick the box for “Goal Based Outcome Tool” within the Clinical Summary Selector menu and then click “Save”. You should then be able to see a tab which enables you to access the panel towards the top of the screen.

Colleagues working within specialist perinatal mental health services and maternal mental health services are advised that the "Health Anxiety Inventory (Short Week) (HAI)" is now available within Rio. The form is within the Outcome Measures folder accessed via the case record menu.
