Professor Matt Ashton, Director of Public Health and Councillor Harry Doyle, Cabinet Member for Health, Wellbeing and Culture visited Lifehouse this week hear about the transformation work following us successfully being awarded the 0-19 contract in Liverpool.

They met our commissioner Simon Bell from Liverpool City Council, Carol Jones Clinical Service Manager and Rhi Evans Operational Manager and some of our 0-19 colleagues to learn about our transformation projects, our work on sleep hygiene and body image, and hear some case studies about the families we support.

Matt thanked our staff for their continued enthusiasm and professionalism saying he is overwhelmed by the pace of change and supportive of our successful developments and recognised the challenges families, and staff supporting them, face every day.

There are another two sessions planned for later in the summer where we will share progress on the work around preventing child exploitation and promoting infant feeding.

Thanks to all the staff who supported the visit.
