On Friday, 31 March 2023 (today), Datix will be switched off and Ulysses will enter a period of phased closure. Legacy information will remain available on Datix for reference only. Supporting information, guidance, training videos and other useful resources are available on our Radar section of YourSpace.
From Saturday, 1 April 2023, Radar will be our new incident and risk management system, enabling improved quality of data capture, timely incident reporting and management and streamlined processes compliant with all current national standards. Access to the Radar system is via the icon on your desktop.
Over this weekend, if you encounter any issues using Radar, there is a flow chart outlining the support process for use on Saturday and Sunday only.
The chart highlights the various steps you can take to get support and problem solve, along with the names of key contacts and escalation details for in and out of hours. This is available on YourSpace.
