Monday 3 April is the beginning of the 2023 annual PACE appraisal window (3 April 2023 to 31 December 2023).
We have listened to your feedback and updated system to improve its functionality and to enable you to have a more meaningful and effective appraisal. Some team’s appraisal timings have been affected by service re-design and COVID-19 which has meant completing appraisals during winter pressures. So why not take the opportunity to start them earlier this year and plan them with the launch of the new 2023 -2024 Operational plan. If you completed PACE 365 at the end of last year you can review the content in your PACE summary and update it more easily this years system.
The most important aspect of the PACE process is the meaningful discussion between you and your reviewer. The values led PACE discussion gives you the chance to sit down with your manager to reflect on your performance and contributions over the previous year and also to plan for coming year, you can contribute to improving quality and the Trust’s vision to deliver Perfect Care.
