Our Survey Monkey account is closing 

From 2 December 2022, we will no longer be using Survey Monkey. Please close any open surveys and download any data that you require.

You will still be able to access your accounts, but will not be able to export data. If you need any data exported, please email communications@merseycare.nhs.uk with your request.  Up until 2 February 2023, someone from Communications will be able to export this for you.

All staff will be encouraged to use Microsoft Forms for future surveys. This is free and simple to use.
