FREE Bitesize Mental Health Training
The RAISE Team, part of Liverpool’s Mental Health Support for Children and Young People’s Partnership, offers free training sessions designed to fit easily into busy schedules. Delivered online, these sessions are accessible to parents, carers, and professionals working with children and young people - with the option to join anonymously once registered, if preferred.
They cover a range of subjects in relation to children and young people’s mental health, including Adolescent Brain Development, Child and Adolescent to Parent Violence and Abuse, Understanding and Managing Anxiety, Body Image and many more.
Every participant receives access to course resources and a certificate of attendance, making the training ideal for continuing professional development or personal records.
