Mersey Care has had a successful review one year after being awarded Veteran Awareness Trust status by the Veterans Covenant Healthcare Alliance. The VCHA said: “… it’s evident there’s been significant work undertaken … the submission shows commitment to the military community with significant evidence in terms of continuous improvement and raising awareness of the healthcare needs of the armed forces community across wider teams and departments”.
