The process for unlocking a Smartcard is changing from 31 January 2024. From then, you must use Care Identity Management (CIM) to unlock your Smartcard.
Smartcard holders can continue to use self-service unlock to unlock your own Smartcard.
We encourage all colleagues to use the CIM service for smartcard unlocks before 31 January 2024, to make sure you can access the service.
