New training report on the Business Intelligence

Following approval by the Operational Management Group, Learning and Development after consultation with divisions have a new reporting column currently on the Business Intelligence Training reports.

The new reporting column will provide a separate Key Performance Indicator of 90% for managers to monitor performance, but it will not affect any other overall performance in other training areas such as divisional training.

Any new competencies will be added ‘live’ rather than a 12 month lead in period, to provide live data for managers.

Resuscitation training courses

Book your place for the below courses in the prospectus in section 1.

1. Standalone Basic Life Support (BLS) courses - Are aimed at colleagues that do not need Teamskills courses, or colleagues that have Breakaways every 2 years as a competence and therefore will need to access the standalone BLS course every other year.
2. Breakaway courses – Some colleagues will have annual breakaway competence as well as annual BLS competences.   For these colleagues who require annual breakaways, they will receive BLS as part of their breakaways course and therefore are not required to book onto a standalone BLS course.
3. Team skills courses - Teamskills courses incorporate BLS and colleagues are required to attend for the whole course to be awarded both competencies.  Colleagues that require BLS will receive BLS as part of their Teamskills course and therefore are not required to book onto a standalone BLS course. For colleagues that require Immediate Life Support, can you please use the opportunity to complete BLS to help with additional practice time when offered.
