Our Finance and Procurement team has been working hard to improve communication internally and externally. The team identified a need to monitor phone call traffic more effectively to improve customer service and operational efficiency. As part of these improvements, on 19 June a dedicated Cisco Finesse Contact Centre phone line will be launched.
