Just before Christmas, Mersey Cares charity team were invited to a Christmas party at Kingsley Ward at Hollins Park, a ward that provides inpatient services for people aged 65+ who have memory problems such as dementia.
The team had the opportunity to chat with ward staff to understand more about how they can support service users through fundraising in 2024 – and came away with valuable insight and ideas for possible campaigns.
Throughout 2024, Mersey Cares will be arranging to visit many sites across the Trust to spread the word about the charity and see how they can offer their support. Watch this space!
