To celebrate the NHS’ 77 anniversary, more than 30 teams across the Trust have been hosting NHS Big Tea events raising funds to support our charity, Mersey Cares.
Big thanks to School Health Team 3, Liverpool and Warrington Later Life and Memory Service who both hosted celebrations.
Warrington Later Life and Memory service celebrated together; student nurses based with the team served tea, coffee, and cakes to patients and their families attending the Outpatient Clinics.
One of the School Health Teams in Liverpool held their event on Monday. The Big Tea included tea, pastries, and cakes as well as additional fun activities to support Mersey Cares, our dedicated charity. Big thanks to Sioned, Rachel, Francine and Jane for bringing the event together and to all who attended!
The birthday celebration honours the NHS's legacy and shows appreciation for the incredible work being done every day.
If you didn’t get the chance to attend an event but would like to donate the cost of a cuppa you can do so here.
We would love to know if your team took part in the celebrations, let us know by emailing communications
