Sefton-based health and wellbeing partnership, Living Well Sefton, are offering free blood pressure checks in Bootle this September during National Know Your Numbers Week from 9 to 15 September 2025.
From 10am until 3pm on Wednesday, 10 September 2025, the Living Well Sefton team and partners will be outside of their Strand By Me shopfront in Bootle Strand Shopping Centre ready to provide you with support for your blood pressure. There will be competitions and prizes, alongside vital information and advice on how to keep your heart healthy.
These simple, drop-in sessions are a quick and convenient way to monitor your blood pressure in a more casual setting — often the first step in preventing more serious health problems; such as heart disease or stroke.
