Would you like to do something amazing for Mental Health Awareness Week? Mersey Cares, our dedicated charity, is hosting another Mersey Cares tandem skydive on 17 May 2025, to help raise funds to support our mental health and community services. Registrations must be received by 28 March.

Challengers will have the opportunity to free fall from 10,000 ft over the Shropshire countryside. You’ll be looked after by your own qualified instructor who will tandem dive with you – and be in control of the process, so you can take it all in and enjoy the view!

The challenge offers great value – enabling you to check off this bucket list experience for a subsidised cost of £70, payable to event organiser, Skyline upon registration.

You are asked to raise a minimum sponsorship of £450.

The challenge is open to Mersey Care staff, family and friends – and is a great day out surrounded by stunning countryside.

Naomi Lloyd (pictured), who took part last year said:

"The day was truly amazing from the start. We were lucky enough to find a small break in the clouds for us to go up. Being up in the air was the best part, you go into a zone and the free-falling feeling was truly something out of this world!

I'm proud to say I have completed this challenge on behalf of the Trust I work for in support of their great services."
