Following the planned Rio downtime for disaster recovery testing on Sunday, it has become apparent that the back-up files we receive every 15 minutes into the Trust data warehouse, to provide a version of Rio data that we can report from, have not been supplied since Sunday afternoon.

 We understand the resolution required to fix this problem and following escalation with the Access Group (suppliers of Rio) yesterday, are working through the process to resolve.  All work should be completed by the end of the day with the situation fully resolved by Monday.

 This situation means that 

  1. the data accessed in service / divisional reports will only be up to date to Saturday 23 November
  2. Data held in Beacon (BCP tool) will only be up to date to Saturday 23 November
  3. SAR’s module is only up to date to Saturday 23 November

We will do a customer update communication across the Trust, but please can you raise awareness across your Divisions
