The theme for this year’s International Women’s Day is #inspiringinclusion.
There are numerous events taking place throughout the week and we would love if you could attend.
During International Women’s Day, we encourage you to have a cuppa and a chat with a colleague (any gender, in person or online) and think about what women have influenced you in your life? Who are you grateful for? Who inspired you? Perhaps a family member, friend, teacher, manager, author, painter, dancer, actress, character in a book/film… Looking for some ideas? Check out this list.
The theme for this year is #inspiringinclusion, we hope everyone will feel able to do this whatever job, band or gender you are. Why not use it as a reason to speak to someone you have not seen recently or to speak with a colleague you do not know very well?
We would love to compile your ideas/recommendations (and can use your initials), please send through to the Women

Take on Liverpool's Women's 10K on Sunday 8th September 2024, starting at 9.30am
Alan Rothwell, race Director at BTR said... "back in the 80's and 90's the Liverpool Women's 10K was one of the most popular running events ever hosted in the city and it generated a unique atmosphere in the fantastic setting of Sefton Park.
It seems appropriate that with a resurgence in interest in women's running that we are bringing back this iconic event to Sefton Park which was the original home of the Women's 10K.
