In order to continually review and improve the services Information Governance offer, we are undertaking a staff awareness survey. This survey is also fundamental to ensuring the Trust’s continued commitment to Information Governance and compliance with the annual national Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT) submission.
We would be grateful if you could complete survey at the earliest opportunity and provide honest answers to the questions from your own personal perspective. Your response will be anonymous.
The survey should take no more than five minutes to complete and it will remain open for the whole of May 2023. The results of the survey will then be analysed and reported collectively to the Information Governance Executive Group and across the Trust.
