Fraud Alert

We have been made aware of a salary diversion fraud attempt sent to multiple NHS organisations on 11 April.

Fraudsters have access to the email address payrollteam@nhs.net in order to pretend to be NHS payroll, stating ‘your latest payroll has been rejected by your bank, please review your pay details on your Electronic Staff Record.' (See image below).

The link does not appear to be active; however, it should not be clicked.  This is a scam.
