Anisa has been instrumental as a ward manager in promoting inclusion and understanding of different cultures among staff and service users within her ward. Recognising the significant number of Nigerian staff and service users, she organised a day to celebrate Nigerian culture.
This event featured cultural garments, Nigerian food, music, and speeches, creating an immersive experience for all attendees. This initiative has significantly contributed to the Trust's values of engaging the workforce and striving for zero tolerance of racism.
