As part of trust wide developments to support you to access occupational health and employee wellbeing services, we’re introducing Empactis Health Manager. This new system will facilitate referrals into the service, updates on progress and access to reports for managers and colleagues.
We will shortly be advising managers about the details of how to access Empactis Health Manager and complete a management referral. This has been adapted from the existing Word version and is now an online form within Health Manager.

In preparation, managers are asked to check that their ESR supervisory hierarchy is correct. Dates for online demo sessions are available on the extranet and the 20-30 minute e-learning module is now live.
