To enhance your cyber security, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be activated across all Mersey Care IT accounts from 1 November 2023.
From this date, if you access your Mersey Care email or Microsoft apps such as Teams from a personal device, you will be prompted for a second form of ID, in addition to your username and password to verify your identity.
To provide this second form of ID, you must set up MFA. It is strongly recommended that you do this now to avoid having to set up MFA at an inconvenient time when prompted from 1 November.
