Disability Awareness Day was held last Sunday, 14 July and teams were in attendance to share information about their services – Mental Health Support Team (MHST), Mental Health Transformation, Autism Team, Learning Disability Team and AccessAble.
There was a great atmosphere and the teams had lots of engagement from attendees.
