A message from Trish Bennett, Chief Executive Officer
Earlier this year, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspected our Community Mental Health Services, Mental Health Crisis Services and the Liverpool and Garston Urgent Treatment Centres.
I am really pleased to share that we have received overall ‘Good’ ratings across all four services. This is a real achievement and a testament to your hard work, dedication and commitment.
CQC feedback includes a teamwork ethos in our services with high levels of patient and service user satisfaction. Lots of positives about how our patients and service users are treated with kindness, empathy and compassion, with their privacy and dignity respected and support available for people with additional needs.
The Board of Directors truly appreciate your exceptional efforts in making sure our patients, service users, carers and families consistently receive the highest quality of treatment, care and support.
Your dedication, kindness, professionalism and compassion are evident through the reports. We should all be proud of our collective achievements and the positive difference we continue to make to the communities we serve.
