Count Me In is an innovative new system that will officially launch in December.
It will make it easier for us to inform and engage patients and service users about various research activities that are relevant to them. The new system involves all patients and service users being opted in to be contacted about potential opportunities to get involved in research unless they proactively opt out. As a result, it is vital that all clinical staff are aware of Count Me In and how it works as you may be asked questions about it by patients and carers.
Mersey Care’s Research and Effectiveness Lead Oladayo Bifarin will be leading a one hour online information session on 5 December at 10am so you can learn more, ask questions and find out how you could get involved as a Count Me In staff champion.
