NHS England North West region is delighted to announce the re-launch of the refreshed North West Community of Practice for everyone working in health and care in the North West.
The North West Community of Practice will enable you to work with colleagues as part of a supportive community, with a safe space for you to ask questions and share challenges, learning and approaches to problem solving, and it acts as a single source of relevant information and best practice.
The focus of the relaunched Community of Practice is on supporting the success and growth of Integrated Care Boards, Integrated Care Systems, Places and Primary Care Networks alongside all Primary Care contractor groups.
You can join the workspace by visiting the FutureNHS website. The workspace is ‘open’ so colleagues from any health or care organisations with access to the FutureNHS platform can join.
