Every day, your dedication and compassion has made sure our patients, service users, carers and families continue to receive the best care and remain at the heart of what we do.
The festive season is a powerful reminder of the strength and spirit that define the NHS, whether you work directly with our patients and service users, or in supporting roles, your contribution is vital. Your hard work inspires us, and we remain committed to delivering the best care while supporting you.
We especially want to recognise colleagues working over the festive period, who deserve a mention for their dedication to maintaining our high standards of care for our communities over this holiday period. Please spare a thought for them if you are enjoying some time off.
We also look ahead to the new year with optimism and a clear focus on our priorities, as we continue to meet new challenges and welcome opportunities together.
