From May 2024, we will be replacing Canon printers and Multi-Function Devices across the Trust that are over five years old. NHS Informatics Merseyside and Canon UK will be supporting this piece of work.
Sites due to receive an upgraded Canon device will be contacted in the coming weeks either by NHS Informatics Merseyside or Mersey Care’s Estates and Facilities colleagues to confirm a date and time for new devices to be installed.
Engineers will unplug old devices and replace them straight away with a new one. New devices will be set up immediately, causing the least amount of disruption to services as possible. Old devices will be removed on the same day.
