Mental health support for veterans, service leavers and reservists

OP courage.jpgOp COURAGE is an NHS mental health specialist service designed to help serving personnel due to leave the military, reservists, armed forces veterans and their families.

This service can help if you’re finding life difficult after leaving the military. Working together with Armed Forces charities, Op COURAGE will help you get the right type of specialist care, support and treatment for your specific needs.

Laura Knowles.PNGNurse Laura Knowles’ proudest moment was taking part at the 2016 Invictus Games in Florida. With a silver and bronze in rowing, the 25 year old was on top of the world. Yet earlier that year she’d been medically discharged from the Army with mental health issues.
