Please note a new spot check will appear under your team on the Ward and Area Section of AMaT from 1 April 2024. (This is the section where you complete your CQC Self-Assessment and Mid Mersey IPC Hand Hygiene Audit.)
The spot check is a Trust wide records quality check and will be completed by the Records team only. You will not need to complete this additional spot check.
