Partners on this model include: Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Priory Healthcare, Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust and Mersey Care.

The name EmpowerED was designed by service users with eating disorders and it says so much about what we aim to do. Through speaking to experts by experience (service users with eating disorders and families) we will identify what the barriers are for care. Find out more about EmpowerED here.

EmpowerED is also working in partnership with third sector providers Beat Eating Disorders and Inspire, Motivate, Overcome (IMO) empowered by experts by experience. By working with Beat and IMO the provider collaborative aims to drive improvements across the eating disorders patient pathway (people working with service users who access eating disorder services). Also to support the establishment of the Experts by Experience programme. You can read more about Beat Eating Disorders here and more about IMO here.
