Please see below for the opening times for our Medicines Management pharmacies at Maghull Health Park and Hollins Park Hospital over the May bank holiday weekend.
Please note that both pharmacies are on emergency service only on Monday 26 May 2025 from 11.30am. Wards and clinical teams must ensure work is sent down in advance before the bank holiday weekend

- It is the responsibility of ward staff to ensure there are sufficient stock items to last over the bank holiday period. These are not considered emergency items to be supplied by the emergency advice service pharmacist. This includes all schedules of controlled drugs.
- Emergency cupboards are located on the main hospital sites to compliment the Pharmacy Emergency Advice Service. Please always check if medicines are accessible in these cupboards prior to contacting the Pharmacy Emergency Advice Service.
