The nomination period for staff governors will be open from 21 July 2021 until 6 August 2021.
The role of a Staff Governor is an important one. You can influence the way we deliver services and you also have the opportunity to speak up for the needs and ideas of members within your staff group. As a staff Governor you would not be expected to deal with any individual or personal issues that may involve Trust staff.
We have vacancies in the following groups:
- One vacant seat for Nursing staff
- One vacant seat for Non-Clinical staff
- One vacant seat for Medical Staff
- One vacant seat for other Clinical, Scientific, Technical and Therapeutics staf
For this particular election, Governors will be elected for a term of two years and seven-months (until 30 April 2024) and will also be eligible to seek election for more than one term, to influence the way we deliver services and speak up for the needs and ideas of their staff group.
