On December 2, the Trust hosted its fourth annual psychology conference, expertly facilitated by the senior psychology leadership team. This event brought together psychological professionals from across our organisation, offering a valuable platform to connect, share insights, and discuss pressing issues facing the profession within the Trust.

Guidance is available from the Health and Safety Team on how to ensure safe use of portable heaters in trust workspaces.

Following extensive collaborative work the Cheshire and Merseyside Wound Care Formulary (WCF) is set to launch in January 2026. Developed by a multidisciplinary group with input from NHS Supply Chain, the ICB, and the Provider Collaborative, the WCF aims to standardise wound care products and practices across the region.

The MECN Annual General Meeting will take place on the 12 December from 2 until 4pm at the Indigo Building, Maghull Health Park, Sefton, L31 1HW
