Mersey Care has introduced designated Place Operational Senior Leader roles to strengthen collaboration with our local partners and provide visible, consistent leadership across the neighbourhoods we serve.

From 15 April 2026, the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Tier 1 training competency will be have been added to the training requirements for some colleagues, as part of a structured rollout across the Trust.

RightFax is currently used in some services within Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust and replaced the need for physical fax machines several years ago. As alternative communication methods are now widely used, it is proposed that the use of RightFax will end on 30 April 2026. If your team or service still use RightFax, please contact your IM colleague below to discuss next steps.
