Liverpool’s city centre Walk-In Centre, based at the Beat, is to reopen on 29 November. It originally closed due to COVID-19 restrictions but is being reopened to further strengthen access to same day urgent care as we head into winter. We are also removing the telephone triage lines from all our walk-in centres so people can now simply walk in without phoning in advance. However, we are still encouraging people to contact NHS 111 first, to advise on the best service for their treatment need and to make appointments where necessary at their local walk-in centre.
