Sefton Council will undertake essential ICT maintenance works from 12 noon on Thursday 24 June through to Friday 25 June 2021. There is potential for these works to continue through the weekend of 26 and 27 June 2021. During this time some standard IT functions will not be available. For Equipment Service referrers this will mean a change to telephone contact details on Thursday and Friday. You can view the telephone numbers in this document.
The Sefton ELMS system will still be available, but on Thursday 24 June 2021 we will be closing down the opportunity to book Friday deliveries earlier in the day.
All orders for van delivery on Friday 25 June 2021 should be on Elms before 11.00am on Thursday 24 June 2021. After this time, the next available slots for van deliveries will be Monday 28 June 2021 onwards.
