On Monday, 1 August 2022, all rosters across the Trust will align to a rolling four week roster and you can download the four week roster production cycle for 2022/23. (The only exception is for colleagues at Whalley). We will then have a rolling four week roster cycle across the whole of Mersey Care. Kutsal Ozcan, erostering implementation officer, will contact all rostering managers in the divisions to ensure that they’re aware of this development and the changes they will have to make to their last roster. (Rosters within those parts of the Trust not already on four week rostering, must be shortened in order to meet the deadline of 1 August 2022. We can also ensure that any hours owed to staff will be carried across into the new roster cycle).
Mid Mersey Division will align their rosters slightly later on Monday, 29 August 2022. More information will be circulated to Mid Mersey managers over the coming weeks.
This means that all rosters, apart from on our Whalley site, will be aligned across the entirety of the Trust.
