The North West Faculty for Advancing Practice is hosting a virtual event on 11 October for prospective and current advanced clinical practitioners', trainees, existing advanced practitioners, and employing organisations (including primary care practices, service leads and advanced practice leads.)

There is also an opportunity for trainee and existing advanced clinical practitioners to present their transformational work as part of the event. To provide a short summary, fill in this short survey before 12pm Friday 9 September 2022.
