You work with professionalism, compassion and determination in complex and challenging environments. As leaders, advocates and innovators, you support people at their most vulnerable, drive improvement, and help us deliver our perfect care goals through your focus on quality, safety and learning.
Here in our Trust, you are central to the changes we are making and supporting the delivery of the NHS 10 Year Plan, bringing care closer to home, strengthening prevention, and using digital tools to transform service and improve people’s experience of care.
