Congratulations to our Children and Young People’s Mental Health Services (Community Care, Knowsley) our Team of the Month, January 2026.
This team was recognised for persistent, compassionate advocacy and strong partnership working to keep a looked-after child safe at a time of significant risk. When urgent concerns were escalated, the team coordinated a multi-agency response, strengthened safeguarding and supported rapid decision-making so the right legal framework and care plan could be put in place. The outcome has been a safer, more stable placement with a structured eating plan and ongoing CAMHS support, with the child now more settled, eating regularly and engaging positively with care. Well done to all.
